Authorities at Bradley International Airport arrested a fugitive wanted on felony theft charges in Pennsylvania after his flight landed Monday evening, according to Connecticut State Police. Christopher Heredia Ramirez, 31, was taken into custody at around 5:30 p.m. after U.S. Customs and Border Enforcement alerted Connecticut State Police about a wanted suspect on board an incoming flight, officials said. A 28-year-old Connecticut man has been charged with killing a 32-year-old mother of 2 in a Windsor crash in 2023, authorities said. Luis Maldonado, of Windsor, has been charged with negligent homicide and failure to drive in a proper lane, Connecticut State Police said. Maldonado is accused of killing Yashiramarie Santiago when he lost control of his silver Honda on Route 20 near Bradley International Airport in December 2023. A Connecticut man was arrested at Bradley International Airport TSA agents found a loaded handgun in his carry-on bag at a TSA security checkpoint, authorities said. Jason Hines, 38, of Ashford in Windham County, was stopped around 4:30 a.m. when TSA officers found the pistol in his bookbag during routine screening, Connecticut State Police said. Breeze Airways is expanding its service from New York and Connecticut to the Sunshine State, the airline announced Wednesday, Aug. 7. Bradley Airport Worker Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Co-Worker
A man has been charged with sexual assault after a female co-worker accused him of multiple incidents. At about 8:20 a.m. Friday, May 24, Connecticut State Police say troopers assigned to Troop H at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks were contacted by a female airport employee who wished to report a fellow employee who was engaging in sexually harassing behavior toward her.
