Suspected Dog Shooter Hit With Gun Charges A Connecticut man who was investigated for allegedly shooting his neighbor's dog in the face twice earlier this year in Tolland County was arrested on gun charges, police said.  Christopher Joseph, age 48, of Stafford, was charged with unlawful discharge of a firearm and five counts of risk of injury to a minor after police found guns unsecured in his home, authorities said.  Stafford Police began investigating Joseph on March 28 after someone shot his neighbor's dog twice in the face. Waterbury Man Critical After Shooting, Suspect Nabbed A 24-year-old Connecticut man is in critical condition after being shot by another man outside of a club following a fight. The incident occurred in New Haven County around 1:10 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 2, on West Main Street outside the Stanley Billar Club in Waterbury.  According to Waterbury Police Lt. 18-Year-Old Charged In 3 Stamford Armed Carjackings Of High-End Vehicles An 18-year-old has been charged in connection with three armed carjackings in Fairfield County of high-end vehicles earlier this year. On Tuesday, June 18, the Stamford Police Department Major Crimes Unit concluded its investigation into New Haven County resident Tyssan Woods of Waterbury for his involvement in three carjackings that occurred during the early mornings of Tuesday, March 26, and Thursday, March 28, in Stamford.  According to Capt.
