'Targeted' Greenwich Resident Carjacked By Pair Of Armed Men, Police Say Police in Fairfield County are investigating an alleged carjacking in which the victim was targeted. The incident occurred in Greenwich around 10 a.m., Sunday, July 14, in the area of Clapboard Ridge Road and Khakum Wood Road.  According to Lt. 18-Year-Old Charged In 3 Stamford Armed Carjackings Of High-End Vehicles An 18-year-old has been charged in connection with three armed carjackings in Fairfield County of high-end vehicles earlier this year. On Tuesday, June 18, the Stamford Police Department Major Crimes Unit concluded its investigation into New Haven County resident Tyssan Woods of Waterbury for his involvement in three carjackings that occurred during the early mornings of Tuesday, March 26, and Thursday, March 28, in Stamford.  According to Capt.
