A Connecticut man told police he "intentionally" drove the wrong way on a highway after smoking marijuana earlier this week, authorities said.
Joshua Halla, 26, of Wethersfield, was arrested Wednesday, March 5, around 8:30 p.m. after troopers stopped him on Route 15 in East Hartford, State Police said.
Multiple people called 911 after Halla's SUV got onto Route 15 driving south in the northbound lanes. A trooper raced to the scene, blocked his path, and forced the driver onto the shoulder before anyone was hurt.
