Ex-Meriden Police Dispatcher Busted After Misusing System To Look Up Victim: Cops A former police emergency dispatcher found himself on the other side of the law when he was arrested for misusing equipment to look up information on a victim more than once, authorities say.  Jonathan Miller, age 26, was charged with two counts of third-degree computer crimes and released on an order to appear, Meriden Police said.
