Driver Killed, Passenger Seriously Hurt After Car Crashes Into East Windsor Tree Police believe a man who was killed when his car crashed into a tree in Connecticut over the weekend may have suffered a medical emergency before the Hartford County wreck.  East Windsor Police were called to 119 Chamberlain Road around 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6, when an OnStar notification indicated a crash, authorities said. They found a single vehicle that had left the road and hit a tree in a wooded area.  The driver was unconscious and not breathing when officers arrived, police said.
