Plainfield police executed a search warrant Monday, March 24, at Wellness Spa on Railroad Avenue, following complaints from residents, according to authorities. The investigation stemmed from "extensive surveillance and undercover operations," police said, after multiple reports from concerned citizens alleged illegal sexual activity inside the business.
