A late-night argument in Ledyard ended with broken glass, a frantic search, and multiple charges, police said.
Sharandah Dockery, 33, of New London, was arrested after the incident around 11:45 p.m. Sunday, April 20, according to authorities.
Officers responded to a home in Ledyard after a woman reported that Dockery had "smashed the front and rear windshield out" of her vehicle during a heated argument, police said.

A Connecticut man has been arrested and charged with vandalizing a Christopher Columbus monument in Meriden last month, authorities said.
Marco Mejil Jr., 30, of Meriden, turned himself in to police on Tuesday, March 18, after a warrant was issued for his arrest, authorities said.
The investigation began after officers responded to reports of vandalism near East Main Street and Broad Street on Feb. 25, where a statue of Christopher Columbus had been covered in graffiti. Three men and one juvenile suspect face charges after causing over $20,000 in damage to a high school in Connecticut, police announced.
Three 18-year-olds, Jonathan Gosnell, Henry Grabowski, and Mackie Olynnger, were arrested by warrant in connection with vandalism in Middlesex County at the Valley Regional High School in Deep River, Connecticut State Police announced on Friday, April 26.

Boats Vandalized With Graffiti At Fairfield County Marina
Police in Fairfield County are asking the public for help after several boats were vandalized with graffiti at an area marina.
The incident took place twice in December at the South Benson Marina in Fairfield, said Sgt. Michael Stahl, of the Fairfield Police Department.
According to Stahl, officers responded to the Marina on both Friday, Dec. 17, and Thursday, Dec. 23, and found numerous boats spray-painted with similar markings/tags.
The boats were all marked with black paint and what appeared to be either the words Yeet/Yeex, Mot/Mox, Sano, and Reckr, painted on them.
