CT Driver Accused Of Speeding Through University's Campus While Impaired A 33-year-old woman is accused of driving under the influence after police said she was caught speeding through the University of Connecticut's main campus early in the morning. Troopers in Tolland County saw a Chevrolet Equinox traveling south at a high rate of speed in the area of Storrs Road and Moulton Road in Mansfield at about 4 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 4, Connecticut State Police reported.
