36-Year-Old Killed In 2-Vehicle CT Crash
A 36-year-old Connecticut man was killed during a two-vehicle crash. The collision occurred in New Haven County around 3:40 p.m., Wednesday, July 31, at East Main Street and Paddock Avenue in Meriden. According to Sgt. Michael Boothroyd of the Meriden Police, Juan Cruz of Meriden, who was driving an orange HondaCBR600 motorcycle, was found lying on the roadway when officers responded to the scene. Fatal Crash: Woman ID'd After Rush-Hour Incident On Busy CT Road
Authorities are investigating the circumstances of a crash on a busy Connecticut roadway that left a woman dead. The incident happened in New Haven County on Thursday, Dec. 21 just before 5:30 p.m., when a female pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Waterbury in the area of 1610 Watertown Ave. (Route 73) while walking in the roadway, according to Waterbury Police. A 24-year-old man was killed when he was struck in Fairfield County by a hit-and-run driver, police said. The victim was struck around 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 24, near the intersection of Waterview Avenue and Crescent Avenue. Capt. Lonnie Blackwell of the Bridgeport Police said Enamorado was riding a motorized bicycle when he was struck near the intersection by a vehicle that fled the area. Charges are pending for a Fairfield County man after a man died following a two-vehicle crash. The crash took place in Stratford around 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 18 in the area of South Ave and Spada Boulevard. Person Struck By Car At Busy Intersection In Fairfield County
A pedestrian was hit by a car in Fairfield County during the early-morning hours. The crash took place around 6:45 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 29 on Atlantic and Henry streets in Stamford, police said. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, Stamford Police said. The area was closed for an investigation but reopened a short time later.
