Sketch Released Of Suspect In Jogger Sexual Assault Near CT Dog Park Police in New Haven have released a sketch of a man they say sexually assaulted a woman while she was jogging on a trail near Fort Hale Dog Park last weekend.  Authorities said the attack happened on a trail south of the park, near Townsend Avenue, between 7:30 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 8.  The victim described the suspect as a man in his late 30s to early 40s, standing about 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-7, with a medium build. CT Town Employee Caught Placing Fecal Matter Under Town Hall Door, Police Say A Connecticut man has been charged with breach of peace and criminal mischief after allegedly placing fecal matter under a door at a town hall. Litchfield County resident Christopher Jordano, age 40, of North Canaan was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 6, for the incident that took place in July at the North Canaan Town Hall. According to Connecticut State Police, Jordano allegedly entered the Town Hall building and placed what appeared to be fecal matter underneath a secured office door.  A Town Hall employee, Jordano was captured by security cameras on the premises, state police said. …
