Armed Robberies: Man Gets Nearly 10 Years For Heists In Fairfield County, Elsewhere
A judge sentenced a 33-year-old Connecticut man who admitted to two 2019 armed robberies to more than nine years in federal prison on Monday, April 24, authorities said. Fairfield County resident Latrell S. Moore, of Bridgeport, pleaded guilty to multiple charges in the case in March 2022, the US Attorney for Connecticut said. His 118-month sentence is in addition to the 43 months he's already spent behind bars awaiting his trial, the judge ruled. Fairfield County Man Admits To Committing Multiple Robberies
A convicted felon is facing life in prison after admitting to a pair of robberies in Connecticut, federal officials announced. Latrell Moore, age 32, of Bridgeport, waived his right to be indicted and pleaded guilty before US District Judge Jeffrey Meyer in New Haven to robbery and firearm offenses, US Attorney Leonard Boyle announced on Thursday, March 31.
