Rake-Wielding Man Assaults Victim In Milford, Police Say A rake-wielding man has been charged with allegedly attacking a person with the garden tool as they got out of their car, injuring them. The incident took place in New Haven County on Wednesday, Feb. 15 on Meadows End Road in Milford. According to Milford Police, officers responded to the area for a report of an assault. Man Charged After Dog Attack In Fairfield County, Police Say A Fairfield County man was charged after two of his dogs allegedly got loose and attacked a miniature horse. Brian Andronaco Sr., age 58, was arrested on Sunday, Dec. 19, in Wilton. He was charged with two counts of having a nuisance animal, roaming dog, and a failure to comply with a restraining order, said Lieutenant Gregg Phillipson, of the Wilton Police.
