CT Man Charged With OUI, Manslaughter In Crash That Killed Mom Of 4: Police
Police have arrested a 42-year-old Connecticut man in connection with a crash last summer that killed 38-year-old Christine Camacho, a mother of four, authorities said.
Jose A. Carrion, of Hartford, was arrested Thursday, Jan. 29, and charged with second-degree manslaughter, second-degree assault, operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, and failure to drive in the proper lane, Hartford police said.
The Hartford crash happened shortly before 10 p.m. on June 3 in a rear parking lot at 90 Retreat Ave., police said.

Desiree Garcia, 41, of Hartford, faces multiple charges following the Sunday, Oct. 5, crash on the Exit 46 on-ramp, Connecticut State Police announced.
Troopers were alerted to a wrong-way driver just before 2 a.m., and when they arrived, officers found Garcia's silver sedan crashed with another vehicle. The drivers reported minor injuries, State Police said.

A Shelton man is accused of accelerating toward a pedestrian and striking them after a minor fender-bender before fleeing the scene without notifying police, authorities said.
Keith Chapman, 67, of Shelton, is charged with interfering with an officer, first-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree breach of peace, reckless driving, and evading responsibility with physical injury, Connecticut State Police said.
