Suspect Nabbed After Stealing Jeep In Front Of Business, CT State Police Say A Connecticut man has been arrested for allegedly stealing a Jeep from in front of a business. Litchfield County resident Philip Beach, age 52, of the Town of Washington, was arrested on Thursday, Jan. 27 at his home after Connecticut State Police received a report of the theft.
