A Florida woman who is accused of killing her roommate just after Christmas 2022 was arrested this week in Connecticut, authorities said. Gisselle Victoria-Gonzalez, age 42, was busted in Hartford on Wednesday, Nov. 6 on an extradition warrant out of Orlando, the police blotter said. She is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Runyleidy Medina-Pacheco, also 42, Orlando Police said. CT Man Charged With Taking Photos Of Child In Disney Bathroom, Police Say
A Connecticut man has been accused of voyeurism for allegedly taking photos and video of a 10-year-old boy at Disney World in Florida while in a bathroom. Clayton Snider, age 22, of New Haven, was taken into custody by the Orange County Sheriff's Office in Orlando, Florida on Friday, Oct. 6, according to an arrest affidavit. The affidavit said deputies responded to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa in reference to an allegation of voyeurism. A 36-year-old man has been found guilty by a jury of the sexual assault of a Fairfield County child. Stamford/Norwalk State’s Attorney Paul J. Ferencek announced Thursday, Oct. 12, the conviction of Eddie C. Gonzalez, age 36, of Orlando, Florida, for the crimes of sexual assault and two counts of risk of injury to a minor. A man died and a woman was hospitalized after their pickup truck collided with another vehicle, spinning the vehicle out of control and into a rollover crash, officials say. Javier Rosado-Toro, age 35, of Waterbury, died in the crash that occurred on I-691 around 9:15 p.m. in Meriden on Sunday, April 30, according to Connecticut State Police. Unruly Airline Passengers Incurred More Than $1 Million In Fines This Year, FAA Says
Unruly airline passengers have incurred more than $1 million in fines in 2021 from the United States Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration. The FAA announced on Thursday, Aug. 19 that is recommending another $531,545 in civil penalties against 34 passengers for their alleged unruly behavior, bringing the total for 2021 past the $1 million mark. The agency said since the beginning of the year, it has received about 3,889 reports of unruly behavior by passengers.
