Uninsured Motorist Nabbed After Fleeing Scene Of Crash In Fairfield County, Police Say A Fairfield County man was nabbed after fleeing the scene of a crash in which he struck a pedestrian in the arm. The incident took place in Darien on Friday, Sept. 16, on West Avenue. When Darien police responded to the scene of the crash they found a pedestrian who reported that a vehicle had struck his arm while walking on the sideway and fled the scene while driving erratically, said Sgt. Dan Skoumbros, of the Darien Police. A description of the vehicle was broadcast to Stamford Police who located the vehicle and the driver who was identified as Nue Perdedaj, age 24, of Stamford, Skoumb…
