4 Shot Outside CT Apartments During Dispute, 1 Critical
Four men were found shot outside a Connecticut apartment building following a dispute between the group. The incident occurred in New Haven County around 7 p.m. on Wednesday at 50 Mitchell Ave., in Waterbury. According to Lt. Ryan Bessette of the Waterbury Police, the four were found shot by responding officers on a report of shots fired. Two of the victims, ages 19 and 25, were treated at the hospital and released. CT Child, 8, Struck By Vehicle
A child struck by a car in Connecticut escaped without injury. The incident occurred in New Haven County around 8:50 a.m., Tuesday, May 28, on Hall Avenue. According to Sgt. Michale Boothroyd of the Meriden Police, an officer, responded to the area and found an 8-year-old child had been struck but was showing no apparent signs of injury but did complain of pain. A woman who worked as an aide at a Fairfield County care center has been charged with elder abuse after allegedly ignoring a man all night who had fallen out of bed. One person received minor injuries during a crash between a vehicle and a school bus in Connecticut. A woman has been arrested after police claim she was behind an attack on a Connecticut mall employee. The New Haven County incident happened on Thursday, May 16 in Meriden.
