A family attempting to make s’mores in their backyard accidentally sparked several brush fires that burned hundreds of acres on Long Island, authorities said. An urgent manhunt that began after 18 people were killed and 14 injured in a mass shooting at two locations in Lewiston, Maine, ended overnight with the discovery of the 40-year-old suspect's body.
