Unidentified Man Found Shot On New Haven Street, Police Say Police in Connecticut are seeking the public's help after an unidentified man was found shot on a city street. The incident took place in New Haven around 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 15 in the area of Dixwell Avenue near West Hazel Street. The man, who has not yet been identified, was transported to Yale-New Haven Hospital for treatment. He is in critical condition, said Capt. Rose Dell of the New Haven Police.
