New CT Henri Outage Update; Cleanup Going 'Swiftly,' Says Lamont During Tour Of Hard-Hit Areas Utility crews in Connecticut have worked around the clock to restore power to thousands of area residents in the wake of the wrath of Tropical Storm Henri.
