Police said Jordan Cruz left the child unattended on Tuesday, April 28, in a parked car on Forest Park Drive in Farmington with the loaded weapon.  It's unclear where the gun was left, but the boy was able to grab it and pull the trigger. He was taken to a pediatrician’s office and later to a hospital. Man Nabbed After Firing Gun At Playground In Bridgeport: Police A Fairfield County man has been charged with risk of injury to a child after allegedly firing a gun near the entrance of a playground where numerous children and residents were due to warm, sunny weather. The 28-year-old was charged on Monday, May 6, for the incident in Bridgeport around 4 p.m. in the 200 block of Granfield Avenue. According to Sgt. Julio C.
