A 16-year-old Connecticut boy killed in a car crash earlier this week is being remembered for his work ethic, leadership, and compassion for his peers. Will Neeb died Monday, Dec. 16, when his car veered off Pickett District Road in New Milford around 8:10 a.m. and crashed into a fence, NBC Connecticut reported. Police said he died at the scene. The Long Island hockey community is mourning the loss of a rising young star who collapsed and died during a charity game over Thanksgiving weekend. Connor Kasin, age 17, lost consciousness at around 9 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30, during an intermission at the Town of Oyster Bay Skating Center on Stewart Avenue in Bethpage, Nassau County Police said. A youth hockey coach has been arrested after allegedly hitting a 10-year-old player with a hockey stick, injuring him. Marvin A.
