Norwich police said two swastikas were spray-painted on separate locations on the city's west side. The largest symbol was left at Old Salem Road, with President Donald Trump's name spray-painted beneath it. Another swastika was found on an I-395 overpass along Salem Turnpike, police said. Boats Vandalized With Graffiti At Fairfield County Marina Police in Fairfield County are asking the public for help after several boats were vandalized with graffiti at an area marina. The incident took place twice in December at the South Benson Marina in Fairfield, said Sgt. Michael Stahl, of the Fairfield Police Department.
