A man already serving decades for killing his girlfriend in Pennsylvania has now been indicted in New York for fatally shooting his lifelong friend — crimes that tie him to investigations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia, prosecutors announced on Friday, Sept. 26.
Gerald Neal, 50, of Bushkill, was indicted for Murder in the Second Degree and weapons charges in the 2019 killing of his childhood friend, Terrance Mitchell, 40. The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward for the capture of a Connecticut man wanted for allegedly killing his 11-month-old daughter and dismembering her body.
The homicide took place in New Haven County in the 100 Block of Millville Ave. in Naugatuck on Friday, Nov. 18.
Christopher Francisquini, age 31, of Naugatuck, whose police say has an extensive criminal history, killed the child, Camilla, and then fled, said the Naugatuck Police.
She was found by a family member around 11:30 a.m. who contacted police, police said.
