Gunfire Erupts Outside North Beach Seafood Pub; 2 Arrested In Fourth Of July Shooting: Sheriff
A holiday night at a popular seafood pub turned chaotic when gunfire broke out just after midnight in Maryland.
Rayquan Malik Jackson, 27, of Falls Church, and Devon Patrick Hunter, 24, of Friendship, have been arrested in connection with a Fourth of July shooting outside Neptune’s Seafood Pub in North Beach, the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office announced.
Deputies responded around 12:30 a.m. on Friday, July 4, to the bar, located in the 8800 block of Chesapeake Avenue, for reports of shots fired.
No injuries were reported at the scene.

Man Accused Of Firing Weapon From Vehicle, Police Say
A man was apprehended just minutes after allegedly firing a weapon from his vehicle on a street in the area.
The incident took place on Monday, Sept. 6, when the City of Poughkeepsie Police received a report of a shot fired from a vehicle in the area of Lent Street.
According to Det. Lt. Matt Clark, responding officers locating a vehicle matching the description of one involved and stopped the vehicle.
A handgun was recovered from the vehicle and Rashawn, age 24, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon, Clark said.

Police have arrested a Connecticut man in connection with the alleged murder of an area man.
Waterbury Police arrested New Haven County man Kyshone Jackson, age 45, of Waterbury on Monday, July 12, for the Saturday, July 10 murder of Davante Echols.
Echols, 24, of Waterbury, was found shot in the head in the area of 19 Bronson Street, said Waterbury PD Sgt. Robert Davis.
He died shortly after at a local hospital.
