A Connecticut man and convicted felon was arrested on additional drug charges after police allegedly found him with a stash of drugs and weapons.
The New Haven County arrest was made on Thursday, May 2 in the city of New Haven.
At approximately 11 a.m. that day, Connecticut State Police, the Statewide Narcotics Task Force, and multiple other agencies executed a search on Quezon A. Jones, age 26.

Duo Nabbed After Woman Allegedly Assault In Springfield
Two Western Massachusetts men were arrested on alleged assault and drug charges after a woman was assaulted and a gun pointed at her face.
The incident took in Hampden County in Springfield around 10:15 a.m., Saturday, April 2.
The two men, Manuel Carrasquill, age 46, and Roberto Martinez-Colon, age 41, both of Springfield, were arrested after police received information that a woman was assaulted and had a gun pointed at her face on the 700 block of Worthington Street, said Ryan Walsh, spokesman for the Springfield Police.

The sister of a Connecticut street gang leader will spend time in prison for her role in a fentanyl trafficking ring, federal officials announced.
In 2018, the FBI’s Northern Connecticut Gang Task Force began investigating Ricardo Reyes, also known as “Rick the Ruler,” a member of the Los Solidos street gang who was distributing fentanyl, heroin, cocaine, and crack in the area of Park Street and Hungerford Street in Hartford County.

Detectives have arrested a Connecticut man on numerous drug charges following a lengthy investigation.
New Haven County resident Saldi Hyska, age 23, of Seymour, turned himself in to Connecticut State Police on Thursday, Oct. 14, in connection with a search of his home following a lengthy investigation.
