It happened on Thursday, Aug. 3 at approximately 5:10 p.m. in Darien, according to the Darien Police Department. Police originally flagged the situation when they saw a car, driven by 36-year-old Norwalk resident Wilmar Berrios-Cruz, traveling on Post Road without a front license plate. Man With Suspended License Resists Arrest After Fairfield County Traffic Stop, Police Say A man whose license was suspended is accused of resisting arrest after a traffic stop in Fairfield County, according to police. An officer on patrol saw a vehicle that wasn't displaying a valid registration plate traveling in New Canaan on New Norwalk Road at about 4:10 p.m. on Friday, April 8, according to authorities.
