Car Crashes Into CT CVS Two people were injured when the driver of a 2017 Toyota Prius crashed into the side of a CVS store in the region. The incident took place around 12:15 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 16 in Litchfield County at the CVS located at 266 West Street in the Town of Litchfield, said the Connecticut State Police. Troopers arrived to find the Toyota crashed into the side of the building. A shopper inside the CVS was injured by items from the store shelves falling, police added. Suspect Nabbed For Allegedly Using Credit Cards Stolen From SUV In Fairfield County A Connecticut man has been charged for allegedly using credit cards stolen from an SUV in March. Devontay Shabazz, age 20, of Ansonia, in New Haven County, was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 15, on a warrant after police found that he was already in jail. The incident took place in Darien earlier this year when the victim discovered that at some point during the overnight, someone had entered their 2017 Chevrolet SUV, said Sgt. CVS Expanding In-Store Counseling Pilot Program CVS is expanding a program to offer counseling sessions from mental-health providers in its stores. The Wall Street Journal reported that the company began piloting the program earlier this year at 13 locations. CVS is now set to expand the program to 34 locations after seeing a high return rate among customers who had a consultation, the news outlet said.
