An 8-year-old boy was seriously injured during a two-car crash in Connecticut. It took place in New London County around 5:45 p.m., Monday, June 27 in the town of Colchester. According to the Connecticut State Police, a GMC Sierra K3500 was driving east on Middletown Road in the rain when it struck a Toyota Echo driving south on Scofield Road into the intersection. A man wanted for allegedly shooting a 2-year-old Connecticut boy while showing off his gun has turned himself in to police. New Haven County resident Kharis Samuels, age 20, of Waterbury, surrendered on Monday, June 27. Samuels fled on Tuesday, June 21, after shooting the boy while showing a gun to others in the Waterbury home, said Lt. Ryan Bessette, of the Waterbury Police. Police have identified a man wanted in connection with the shooting of a 2-year-old Connecticut boy. The child was shot in the torso in New Haven County in Waterbury on Tuesday, June 21 at 99 Pinecrest Drive. Toddler Seriously Injured In Hit-Run CT Crash
A 3-year-old Connecticut boy suffered serious injuries after being hit by a "dark-colored" vehicle who fled the scene. The incident took place at 8:15 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 21, in New Haven County in the area of Bunker Hill Avenue in Waterbury.
