The chain of events began around 4:30 p.m. Friday, May 17 in Northern Westchester County. A 24-year-old man who allegedly pointed a BB gun at a tow truck driver on I-95 in Fairfield County and slowed down to 5 mph has been charged by state police. Dae Jesus Acosta, age 24, of Central Falls, Rhode Island, was arrested around 2:30 p.m., Monday, April 29, in Darien for a road rage incident. Following a 10-month investigation, a Fairfield County teacher's aide was charged with threatening and breach of peace after allegedly making four bomb threats at the school where she worked.
