CT Kennel Owner Facing Animal Cruelty Charges A Connecticut kennel owner turned herself in to police earlier this week after being charged with animal cruelty, authorities said.  Litchfield County resident Jennifer Ornelli, age 47, of Bethlehem, was ordered held on a $10,000 bond on Tuesday, Sept. 3, Connecticut State Police said.  Ornelli runs the Home Away From Home kennel in Bethlehem. 'Deplorable Conditions': 103 Animals Rescued From Woodstock Home, Owner Charged A Connecticut home was described as a house of horrors for the more than 100 animals that were trapped inside and with limited access to food, water, and clean air, authorities said. The conditions were so bad that veterinarians had to euthanize four of the dogs that were rescued because they were so sick.  Windham County resident Tracy Donovan, age 59, of Woodstock, was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 21, and charged with 103 counts of animal cruelty, Connecticut State Police said. Abuser Of 48 Dogs, Cats Nabbed In Fairfield: Police A wandering dog, covered in feces, acted as a tip for police to arrest a woman and charge her with animal abuse, officials say.  In Fairfield County, Glorianne Marie Lagnese, of the town of Fairfield, was arrested on Friday, May 12 after an investigation revealed that dozens of pets were living in uninhabitable conditions, according to the Fairfield Police Department.  The investigation began the week of Tuesday, April 17 when a concerned citizen saw a dog, covered in urine and feces, wandering in the Steep Hill Road area of Fairfield, as reported by Daily Voice.  Read…
