CT Man Busted With Loaded Pistol, Kids In Car During Domestic Argument: Police A domestic dispute ended with a Connecticut man in custody earlier this week. Marco Tocel, 42, of South Windsor, was arrested around 9:30 p.m. Thursday, March 20, after police responded to reports of a verbal altercation, officers said. Tocel was taken into custody after officers found a loaded pistol in his front pocket while he was sitting in a vehicle with two children inside, according to South Windsor police.
