CT Mom, 2-Year-Old Stabbed To Death ID'd, Father Charged In Brutal Slaying Days after a 19-year-old mom and a 2-year-old boy were found brutally slain inside their Connecticut home, the child's father was arrested and charged with their murders, police said. Jevon Tyrese Fletcher, 26, of New Haven, was charged with two counts of murder, two counts of murder with exceptional circumstances, and risk of injury, West Haven police said Tuesday, Feb. 18. 3 Police Officers Attacked In Separate CT Incidents Three Connecticut officers were attacked over the weekend in two separate incidents. The attacks occurred on Saturday, June 29, in New Haven County in West Haven and New London County in Norwich.  In West Haven, one officer was injured when Imran Ahmed, age 54, of West Haven, allegedly deliberately crashed his vehicle into an occupied police cruiser that was helping another officer who Ahmed had been trying to run off the roadway.
