It’s been a rough week for a Connecticut felon who is facing a long list of charges after police say he backed into one cruiser, crashed into another, ran from officers, and dropped a gun on the street during a wild early-morning drug arrest.
Nathan Araujo, 36, of Naugatuck, was found asleep behind the wheel of a Chevrolet Corvette that was still in drive at the Schoolhouse Road and Bridgeport Avenue intersection in Milford around 1 a.m. Wednesday, March 26, police said.

A domestic dispute ended with a Connecticut man in custody earlier this week.
Marco Tocel, 42, of South Windsor, was arrested around 9:30 p.m. Thursday, March 20, after police responded to reports of a verbal altercation, officers said.
Tocel was taken into custody after officers found a loaded pistol in his front pocket while he was sitting in a vehicle with two children inside, according to South Windsor police.
He was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, and risk of injury to a minor, police said.
