At approximately 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, Bristol officers were conducting motor vehicle enforcement on Pine Street when police stopped Shawn Rodriguez, of Bristol, for a headlight violation, Lt. CT Man Critical After Shooting, Suspect Nabbed A 24-year-old Connecticut man is in critical condition after being shot by another man outside of a club following a fight. The incident occurred in New Haven County around 1:10 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 2, on West Main Street outside the Stanley Billar Club in Waterbury.  According to Waterbury Police Lt.
