Breeze Airways is adding new nonstop flights from Bradley International Airport (BDL) in Windsor Locks to Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) near Greensboro, NC. The seasonal service will begin on Friday, June 6.

The route will operate twice a week on Mondays and Fridays.

"Hartford is one of our largest bases and we continue to see growing demand for more service from Connecticut,” said Breeze CEO and founder David Neeleman. "With Breeze's great product offering and added affordability, we're excited to continue offering travelers in Connecticut premium and convenient travel options to popular destinations like Greensboro."

Breeze Airways, which has been expanding rapidly at Bradley since its arrival nearly four years ago, continues to increase its nonstop offerings.

"We greatly appreciate Breeze's continuous investment at Bradley International Airport and the growing nonstop options they offer our travelers," said Connecticut Airport Authority executive director Michael Shea.

Greensboro/Winston-Salem is Breeze's latest destination from BDL to North Carolina, joining nonstop flights to New Bern, Raleigh-Durham, and Wilmington. The airline has service to three South Carolina cities: Charleston, Greenville-Spartanburg, and Myrtle Beach, along with several other airports nationwide.

Breeze also started flying to 10 destinations from Tweed New Haven Airport in December 2024.
