New Haven County resident Raymond Kaminski, age 77, of Milford, was arrested on Wednesday, May 22, following an investigation. According to the Milford Police, the department received a complaint in April regarding a potential sexual assault. The complaint was made by a parent whose juvenile child reported that Kaminski had touched her inappropriately and made her feel uncomfortable. Norwalk Man Charged With Sexual Assault Of Minor A Fairfield County man is behind bars on a $1 million bond after being charged with the alleged sexual assault of a minor. Marc Lugo, age 30, of Norwalk, was charged on Friday, May 31 following a months-long investigation. According to Lt. Tomasz Podgorski of the Norwalk Police, the department received a complaint of sexual assault of a minor in February. The Special Victims Unit assumed the investigation.
