Norwalk Man Charged With Sexual Assault Of Minor A Fairfield County man is behind bars on a $1 million bond after being charged with the alleged sexual assault of a minor. Marc Lugo, age 30, of Norwalk, was charged on Friday, May 31 following a months-long investigation. According to Lt. Tomasz Podgorski of the Norwalk Police, the department received a complaint of sexual assault of a minor in February. The Special Victims Unit assumed the investigation. Suspicious Deaths: 2 Found Inside Burning Car In CT Connecticut State Police are investigating after two people were found dead inside a burning car. Related: IDs Released For Bodies Found In Burned-Out Car The incident occurred in New Haven County around 4 a.m., Thursday, May 30, on Roosevelt Drive in Oxford. According to State Police, when troopers arrived, they found a vehicle fully engulfed in flames.
