Alert Issued For Missing 28-Year-Old CT Man Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a 28-year-old man who went missing in Connecticut.  Gregory Stearns was last seen in the Tolland County town of Mansfield on Monday, Nov. 18, according to Connecticut State Police.  Stearns is described as a white man who is 5-foot-11 and 185 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair. He was seen wearing a dark hat, blue hoodie, dark pants, and black sneakers when he disappeared. However, police said he may have lost some layers of clothing, as he was last seen wearing gray shorts, a white t-shirt, and no shoes.  A…

Do You Know Them?: Police Hoping To ID Smoke Shop Robbers Police in Connecticut are asking for the public's help to track down a group of people who robbed a Fairfield County smokeshop earlier this year.  Police were called to S&B Smoke Shop at 1224 Park Ave in Bridgeport just after 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 23.  An employee had chased someone out into the street after they stole several items from the store. Bridgeport Police canvassed the area but were unable to find the suspects. After reviewing surveillance tapes, they believe multiple people were involved in the theft.  Investigators released photos of the suspects in …

Missing Southington Boy Found Safe In Cheshire By Alert Resident A concerned citizen has found a Connecticut 11-year-old who had been missing for more than a day. Related: Missing: Southington Boy, 11, Hasn't Been Seen Since Leaving Home Hartford County resident Cody Schrlau, of Southington, went missing from his home on Monday, Sept. 2.  According to Capt. James Armack of the Southington Police, the boy was spotted on a walking trail in New Haven County in Cheshire. The citizen contacted the Cheshire Police who responded and stopped Cody, Armack said. Hit-Run Crash: Young German Shepherd Struck, Killed In CT Police in Connecticut are asking the public for help locating a Ford pickup truck that allegedly struck and killed a young German Shepherd. The crash occurred in New Haven County around 7:40 a.m. on Sunday, June 2, near 1650 Hartford Turnpike in North Haven. According to North Haven Police, it is believed the 2-year-old dog was struck by a white Ford pickup truck or SUV heading north on the Hartford Turnpike, which did not stop.   The suspect vehicle should have front-end damage.  "Help us find who did this," the department said.  Anyone with information or video foot…
