A Connecticut man wanted in connection with a 2024 crash that led to a series of tragic events, including the death of a newborn, was arrested this week after being involved in a second accident, authorities said.
Eric Leblanc, 25, of Griswold, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 26, following a crash in Lisbon, Connecticut State Police reported. During the response, troopers learned he had an active warrant.

Assault Arrest: Man Gropes Woman At CT Park, Police Say
A 36-year-old man has been arrested after authorities said he assaulted a woman in a Connecticut park.
The Windham County incident occurred on Friday, June 7 in the town of Killingly.
According to Connecticut State Police, Marc Kaczor, age 36, inappropriately and sexually touched a woman as she was walking in Owen Bell Park on Town Farm Road.
The woman was able to snap a picture of Kaczor, who is from Dayville, during the interaction, and he fled on foot.
