Dylan Martin, of Southington, was arrested at his home without incident Monday morning, Jan. 20, after troopers served an arrest warrant stemming from an incident reported in late Oct. 2024, according to Connecticut State Police. CT State Police said the crash involved a one-vehicle rollover in the southbound lanes near Exit 15. Serious injuries were reported. The highway is closed for investigation. Anyone traveling through the area is urged to seek an alternative route, police said.
