Fairfield County Woman Accused Of Cutting Jewish Federation Ribbons Off Trees A Fairfield County woman was charged with criminal mischief for allegedly cutting down Jewish Federation blue ribbons at a town center. Sally Fattah, age 50, of Wilton, was charged on Tuesday, Jan. 23 by Wilton Police. According to Lt. Anna Tornello of the Wilton Police, Abdel was caught cutting blue ribbons off the trees at the Wilton Town Center put up by the Jewish Federation of Greater Fairfield County. Pedro Jesus Aguilar Madrid, of Stamford, was stopped on Thursday, Nov. 23, in Wilton driving a Ford Fusion for driving 68 mph in a 30 mph zone, said Wilton Police.
