The city of Stamford, located in Fairfield County, came in at No. 32 in the country by offering the best of both urban and suburban worlds, the report said. Whole Foods To Open New, Small-Format Stores: Look Inside Whole Foods says it will be launching new small-format stores aimed at providing customers with a quick, convenient shopping experience. The company says the stores, targeting urban areas, will provide "easier access to the fresh, high-quality offerings." The new stores will be called Whole Foods Market Daily Shop.
