Girlfriend Helped Bridgeport Uni Shooter By Hiding Gun In Container Of Spaghetti: Report Police arrested a Connecticut man in New York and charged him with the October shooting at a Bridgeport University dining hall, authorities said.  Dylan Cruz-Tillery, 18, turned himself over to police on Friday, Dec. 20, and was charged with assault in the first degree and carrying a pistol without a permit, Bridgeport police said.
