New Update: IDs Released For Man, Woman Found Dead In Easton
Two people found dead inside a vehicle in a Fairfield County pond have been identified by police. The two were found in the pond in Easton on Stepney Road near Church Road inside a 1995 Jeep Cherokee which was partially submerged in water and tipping to the driver's side. During an investigation, Easton Police and Fire personnel found two occupants in the vehicle who were pronounced dead on the scene, said Easton Police Chief Richard Doyle. Body Of Missing Western Mass Man Found Nearly Year After Disappearance: Police
The body of a man from the region who was reported missing almost a year ago was found on Mother's Day of 2023, according to authorities. Western Massachusetts resident Lee Walter Meisenheimer, age 69, of Pittsfield in Berkshire County, was discovered in the area of Morningview Drive in Pittsfield around 6:25 p.m. on Sunday, May 14, Pittsfield Police said on Facebook. Police ID Fairfield County Woman Found Unresponsive Outside NY Cemetery
A Fairfield County woman has been identified as the person dropped off at a New York hospital with numerous injections in her buttocks. Maxine Messam, age 53, of Bridgeport died around 1:50 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 15, when New York City Police responded to a 911 call from Jacobi Medical Center. According to the NYPD, two women dropped the victim off at Jacobi and claimed they found her near Woodlawn Cemetery before fleeing.
