Fatal Crash: 45-Year-Old CT Woman Hits Car Head-On A 45-year-old Connecticut woman driving a Toyota Corolla was killed after veering into oncoming traffic on Route 2A and hitting a Nissan Altima head-on. The crash took place around 2:30 p.m. in New London County just west of the Route 2A and Harris Fuller Road intersection in the town of Preston. According to Connecticut State Police, Chrisdandra Lee Burgos, of Norwich, was traveling eastbound when she crossed into the westbound lane resulting in a head-on crash. Fatal Crash: Man Walking On I-91 Hit By 3 Vehicles, CT State Police Say A man walking in the travel lanes of a busy Connecticut highway was hit and killed after being run over by three vehicles. The crash took place on I-91 southbound just north of Exit 3 in New Haven around 9:50 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 26. According to Connecticut State Police, the unidentified man was walking in the travel lanes when he was hit by a Honda Pilot driven by a 33-year-old New Haven man.
