Did You Lose A Giant Snake At CT Landmark? Police Want A Word Police in Connecticut are asking for the public's help to track down the people who left a ball python at a reservoir in Hartford County.  Video from the Nepaug Reservoir off Route 202 in Canton showed several people dumping the snake and running away just before 4 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 13, Burlington and Canton Animal Control said in a Facebook post. CT 19-Year-Old ID'd As Victim After Crash At Intersection A 19-year-old Connecticut resident was killed in a two-vehicle crash. The collision occurred in Litchfield County around 4:30 p.m., Sunday, March 17 at the intersection of Route 202 and Route 219 in New Hartford. According to Connecticut State Police, a Chrysler 300 Touring was making a left turn off Route 202 to Route 19 when it was allegedly struck in the rear by a motorcycle driven by Hartford County resident Ausencio Vidriesca, of Simsbury. Woman Killed In Head-On Crash On Busy CT Roadway Police are investigating a fatal head-on crash on a busy Connecticut roadway. It happened around 3:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18 in Litchfield County on Route 202 in New Hartford. A 2016 Ryder Truck was traveling eastbound and a 2004 Honda Odyssey EX was traveling westbound when, for an unknown reason, the Odyssey crossed the double-yellow line in the roadway and struck the Ryder Truck head-on, Connecticut State Police said.  The Odyssey driver succumbed to her injuries, according to police.
