School Guidance Counselor Charged With Sexual Assault Of Student In Norwalk A Fairfield County school guidance counselor has been charged with alleged sexual assault of a student. Luisa Melchionne, age 37, of New Canaan, was arrested on a warrant on Thursday, July 11, in connection with a complaint filed in April. According to Sgt. CT Officer Seriously Injured, Hospitalized After Punch To Face A Connecticut police officer who responded to a report of a fight was seriously injured and hospitalized after being punched in the face. The incident occurred in New Haven around midnight on Saturday, June 22, in the Fair Haven area of town.
