Man, 17-Year-Old Girl Accused Of Stealing $600 Worth Of Items From Store In Fairfield County
A man and a 17-year-old girl have been charged with allegedly stealing $600 worth of merchandise from a Fairfield County CVS store. The incident took place in New Canaan around 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 13 at the store at 94 Park St. According to Lt. Jason Ferraro of the Canaan Police, store officials reported several individuals had taken a total of $600 worth of goods. An investigation found that Richardo Armani Sterling, age 22, of Brooklyn had taken the items along with a 17-year-old girl, also from Brooklyn, Ferraro said. Man Found Burning Near Busy Roadway In Fairfield County
A man lying horizontally was found burning after police in Fairfield County responded to a call for a possible fire near a popular park. The incident took place in New Canaan around 8:45 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 10 in the area of Lapham Road near Waveny Park. Preliminary evidence "does support that this incident is most likely a suicide," New Canaan Police said.
